Email Backup

7 Popular Email Backup Services

While most online backup services will backup your email, it can be tricky to get just the right files. It can be even trickier to restore those files later on. For that reason, some people prefer to have a separate service just for their email backups.

If that sounds like you, here are the top 7 most popular options:

Adolix E-mail Backup

Adolix Email Backup is a powerful software that will backup your email if you are using one of the following email clients: Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Incredimail, or Eudora. It backs up email data such as accounts settings, mail folders, signatures, message rules, address book and stationary.

You can choose to backup a single identity or all of the identities on your computer.

The built in scheduler allows you to select what email client to backup and specific details for each one. Everything is then saved to a single archive that can be protected by a password. You can even backup your email to an FTP server for extra peace of mind.

It’s $25 for basic Outlook Express backup, and $37 for full-featured version. (A 15 day trial is available.)

Download a 15-day trial or order the full version for $24 (for a personal license; business licenses are more.)
