You Can Backup Your Computer Online, Automatically!

Backing up your computer is extremely important, but it is one of those things that you just don’t feel like doing. Performing frequent backups feels like a chore, and I’d much rather be laying out on the beach or watching TV!

As boring as data backup is, though, it’s a small price to pay for peace of mind. If you’ve ever had a hard drive failure and lost your files, you know exactly what I’m talking about! If you have yet to suffer the trauma that is data loss, it’s only a matter of time before it happens.

Luckily, backing up your computer doesn’t have to be difficult. With a little work, you can have your computer handle the backup automatically without having to do anything after the initial set up! We have come a long way since backing up your files on floppy disks! Today you can backup online for as little as $5 per month!

There are a lot of computer backup options today, and many questions arise, such as:

  • Use backup software to do the backup yourself?
  • Should you store your backups onsite or offsite? (And what does that even mean?)
  • Use an online backup service?
  • Can you trust these services to keep your data safe and secure?

Then you need to compare the different backup options and what features they offer. Check out our backup reviews section for this.
